Descrição da vagaGrafton is part of Gi Group Holding, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of specialized profiles in the Engineering & Industry, Finance HR, Banking & Insurance, and Sales & Marketing segments.In partnership with our client, we are recruiting Sales Specialist to join their team in Portugal. We are looking a motivated professional focusing on promoting and selling the company's advanced solutions in the network automation segment.Reporting directly to the local sales manager, you will leverage your experience and initiative to foster long-term partnerships with customers and provide customised solutions that meet their needs.Your responsabilities:
  • Drive sales volume and profitability growth across the network automation product portfolio;
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and the company's network automation offerings;
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to prepare compelling sales strategies and accurate proposals, ensuring that technical and financial aspects are addressed;
  • Support the discovery and development of new business opportunities by working closely with the sales team at large;
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Who are we looking for?
  • A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • 2/3 years experience in Automation and Communication is preferred;
  • Sound knowledge of Automation and Energy market;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Portuguese Fluent;
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
  • Availability to travel/clients visits.
