- Drive sales volume and profitability growth across the network automation product portfolio;
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and the company's network automation offerings;
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to prepare compelling sales strategies and accurate proposals, ensuring that technical and financial aspects are addressed;
- Support the discovery and development of new business opportunities by working closely with the sales team at large;
- Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team;
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
- 2/3 years experience in Automation and Communication is preferred;
- Sound knowledge of Automation and Energy market;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Portuguese Fluent;
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
- Availability to travel/clients visits.
