As an SAP Key-User and Internal Consultant, you will be the linchpin in enhancing our SAP utilization, focusing primarily on our finance, logistics, manufacturing, and operational areas. Your role will involve acting as a primary contact for department end-users, advising on pro-cess improvements, and delivering training to ensure effective use of the SAP system.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related queries within the logistics, man-ufacturing, and operational departments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP processes and functionalities rel-evant to the business unit.
- Analyze and optimize existing SAP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging SAP functionalities to stream-line operations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive SAP training programs for end-users and depart-mental teams.
- Collaborate with external SAP consultants and internal teams to ensure cohesive sys-tem integration and use.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to SAP users, addressing issues and promoting best practices.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of SAP enhancements and expansions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SAP implementations and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a solid background in SAP from a business perspective.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules namely, FI, MM or PS.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions.
- Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SAP concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese, both written and spoke
- Certification in relevant SAP modules or participation in ERP rollouts
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
