If you're proactive, love unlocking the full potential of tools, and have a keen eye for optimizing processes, this opportunity is for you.What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Analyze and optimize our current workflows, identifying how Confluence can be best utilized.
  • Create and implement new structures, page templates, and spaces within Confluence to improve organization and information access.
  • Develop automations and integrations (where applicable, with Jira or other tools) to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Empower and train our teams to use Confluence more effectively and autonomously.
  • Encourage the adoption of best practices for using the platform, ensuring it becomes our primary knowledge base and collaboration hub.
  • Manage and maintain the "health" of our Confluence environment, ensuring its scalability and good performance.
What We're Looking For in You:
  • Proven experience in Confluence administration and optimization (a must!).
  • Ability to identify problems and propose practical, innovative solutions.
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to share your knowledge with teams.
  • Knowledge of other Atlassian tools, like Jira, will be a plus.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and a enjoyment for working in a dynamic, growing environment.
