That is why we are In it for life.You will be responsible to:You will be responsible to:As a Supply Chain Global Logistics Trainee at Hovione, you will play a vital role in supporting the comprehensive understanding and optimization of our end-to-end Global Supply Chain for warehousing & Transportation. You will have the opportunity to directly collaborate with diverse teams across various sites, including Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Project Management, and more.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data collection and analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the logistics department.
Participate in process mapping exercises to document and visualize current workflows.
Research and propose innovative solutions for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing logistics operations.
Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, including creating training materials and assisting with change management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and other logistics stakeholders.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent.
Fluent in English
With strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Demonstrated a drive for results, showcasing determination and dedication to achieving objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Highly organized with excellent planning, flexibility, and adaptability skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn, and demonstrates a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Ability to approach tasks with a systemic view of the process, seeking solution-oriented approaches to challenges.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
