Master Data Specialist - Accounting

• Process creation, changes, extensions, and deletions of master data within quality targets and SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policies;
• Support the implementation of tools and processes for master data creation and maintenance;
• Help create and maintain Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and training materials;
• Assisting business users and creating business rules to monitor data quality;
• Develop dashboards for ongoing and project-based master data quality reporting;
• Analyse data and processes to drive improvements and maintain high data quality;
• Assist in establishing and embedding Data Governance within the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar;
• 3 years of experience with SAP Master Data Experience (preferred);
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills;
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Data Quality Passion: Strong enthusiasm for data and its quality;
• Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate topics across multiple business areas and geographies;
• Problem-Solving: Methodical and process-oriented approach;
• Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, keeping stakeholders informed.
