
Junior Payroll Administrative

- Support in managing hiring, registrations, cancellations, changes in working hours and terminations;
- Support in payroll management;
- Support in SAP system management;
- Support in managing/applying different collective bargaining agreements;
- Review of salary calculations, benefit adjustments and income tax;
- Active participation in improving processes in your field of activity;
- Resolution and management of service-related incidents;
- Internal customer service;
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar;
- Some previous similar experience would be an advantage;
- Organisational and self-management skills;
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive);
- Organizational skills and good communication skills;
- Proactive attitude.
- Native Portuguese
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Salary package compatible with the duties and responsibilities of the position.
