YOUR TASKS
  • Implement and train the production quality plan at the factory.
  • Define quality standards for concrete samples.
  • Approve materials and auxiliary elements for use.
  • Monitor and follow up on internal and external complaints and non-conformities.
  • Report non-conformities to relevant departments, groups, or suppliers.
  • Ensure production processes meet established quality standards.
  • Provide reports, statistical data, and insights from quality tests.
  • Organize and participate in quality team meetings to support decision-making and assign actions to departments or suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, especially with self-compacting concrete.
  • Knowledge of quality processes related to concrete infrastructures is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy or construction sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel and project management skills.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented in quality inspections and documentation.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willing to be on-site and travel as required.
