- Mapping & Prospecting: Build and manage a robust segment pipeline; find new business opportunities and map accounts' organizational hierarchy (account stakeholder matrix) to plan and execute next steps. This aspect will be key to ensure the healthy acquisition pipeline you need to achieve your most important sales KPIs.
- Pitch & Negotiation: Pitch to new retailers and food chains; create and deliver high-quality and professional presentations to potential new customers, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition.
- Proposals Preparation: Discuss internally with our Marketing team to develop the adequate communication/ marketing plan to close & onboard new Key Accounts. For more complex aspects, you might also have to involve Global/Cluster Commercial teams.
- Onboarding: Launch pilots with clear success metrics, to prove the business case - follow up through reporting and data, in collaboration with the Retention team that will help you provide an efficient and scalable training to the staff. Set up corrective actions when needed, with the objective of a full rollout.
