- Inbound & Outbound Lead Generation: Process inbound leads to ensure timely qualification and follow-up, while also engaging prospects through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to source business opportunities and book meetings against quarterly targets.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align prospecting efforts with campaigns and business priorities. Participate in discovery calls with prospects and provide feedback to improve lead generation processes.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of outreach strategies, optimize tactics based on performance metrics, and provide regular reports on activities, campaigns, and business impact to leadership.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on Mastercard’s offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Build product knowledge to tailor messaging and demonstrate relevance to potential clients.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus, given responsibility for outreach across European and EEMEA markets.
- Proven business development experience, ideally in SaaS and/or a global organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound/outbound sales processes, with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Able to work independently as a problem-solver while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
