- Take the wheel and command a fleet of simultaneous SaaS voyages, navigating the treacherous waters of Android Automotive - deploying embedded apps and market booty straight into the heart of in-car infotainment.
- Be the lighthouse for client ships - guiding them through the fog of onboarding, the storms of implementation, and the calm seas of post-launch stabilization.
- Rally your loyal crew - devs, QA tinkerers, app deliverers, infrastructure mates, and UX visionaries-to ensure all customizations and integrations hit the mark like a cannonball on target.
- Broker pacts with third-party privateers and merchant vendors to bring external apps aboard and ensure they play nice with our SaaS ship.
- Plot your course wisely - defining' the voyage's scope, goals, treasure (deliverables), and the signs of a journey well done, all with your stakeholders by your side.
- Draft up mighty voyage plans, keep a keen eye on the hourglass (timelines), track yer spoils, and prepare for rough seas (risks) with solid strategies in the hold.
- Make sure every scroll, map, and training log is sealed and stowed for both the client ships and the deckhands manning the support cannons.
- Send regular messages in bottles (status reports), hoist dashboards, and hold council with the fleet to keep all hands in sync.
- Fly the flag of best practices and always seek ways to run a tighter ship-faster, smarter, and stronger than ever before.
- Respect and ensure, in a daily approach, the correct and full implementation of the Forvia Code of Management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics).
- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Sorcery, System Spells, or Business Navigation.
- 5+ years navigating stormy SaaS waters, with at least 2 spent commanding the helm on implementation quests.
- Proof ye've handled software customizations and tangled with third-party API beasts.
- Mastery of both Agile raiding parties and Waterfall voyages.
- Proficiency with ye ol' digital compasses: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and the like.
- A silver tongue, a sharp mind, and the courage to lead a crew into the unknown.
- Able to work with crews across departments and time zones with a parrot on your shoulder and a deadline at your back.
- Certified in PMP, Scrum Mastery, or some other ancient rite? That's gold!
- A diplomat and a negotiator, with the savvy to keep all stakeholders at peace.
- Fluent in the Queen's English.
- Experience on the B2B SaaS high seas, android isles, or enterprise software territories.
- Familiarity with enterprise galleons like CRM, ERP, and ITSM systems.
- Understanding of API rigging, webhook signals, SSO hatches, and middleware cannons.
- Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST) earns ye extra grog rations.
