- You will part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization, reporting into the CRM Team Lead
- You will be responsible for engaging with and driving revenue and profit from customers by delivering the right message at the right time via the right channel on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide)
- You will ensure excellence in our new CRM platform set up (Braze), working with other tech teams across the company
- Planning, drafting and activating new marketing communications projects across channels (email, push, SMS and What's App as applicable) in Braze including customer segmentation based on geography, activity patterns etc., in some cases working with AI development teams
- Translating business needs into new tech requirements supported by your Team lead following tech development and testing them accordingly - especially supporting the move from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze
- Continuous monitoring of business processes and identifying and resolving issues working within our team as well as with our technical counterparts, e.g., ensuring availability of CRM data to support our team's analysis of KPIs for all channels email, push, SMS and What's App
- Contributing to our quarterly department roadmap, pitching your ideas and compiling business cases supporting those ideas
- Supporting and improving email deliverability management
- Increase orders and revenue from our existing customers, measured in CLV and incrementality
- Collaborate with MarTech teams to design, implement and operationalize CRM products
- Implement new journeys and campaigns in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
- Create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices and innovation
- 2+ years experience with a CRM tool, Braze specific experience is a very strong plus
- 2+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years in an operations driven marketing environment like CRM, SEO, or eCommerce
- You are interested in transforming business needs into system and process requirement
- You are interested in technical processes and have a good technical understanding as well as an understanding of the agile process
- You are partly a detective, investigating bugs, implementing fixes, and optimizing existing processes
- You think out of the box, and you proactively make suggestions for improvements
- You have a very structured and detailed work process. Your work is always solution oriented
