- Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests;
- Provide end-user support (hardware, software, and access issues);
- Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations;
- Assist with the setup and repair of computer equipment;
- Support IT team members on enterprise applications and IT projects;
- Help with mobile device management (MDM) under supervision;
- Document IT procedures and processes to build internal knowledge;
- Contribute ideas to improve support processes and end-user experience.
- Degree in IT or related field (or some equivalent practical experience);
- Strong interest in IT support and operations; eager to learn and grow;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Environment;
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems and follow procedures;
- Good communication skills - able to support non-technical users in a clear and friendly way;
- Organized, proactive, and curious to explore new technologies.
