- Establish contact with clients;
- Support internally the product definition according to customer information and respective specifications;
- Monitor the execution of feasibility analyzes inherent to each change;
- Participate in FMEA actions;
- Keep product dossiers organized and updated;
- Participate in the development of programs/activities/workshops and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process, tools and equipment;
- Support production or suppliers in solving problems (within your field of action);
- Ensure the application of process standards in accordance with FES (Faurecia Excelence System);
- Contact the Innovation & Development team;
- Measuring the results obtained and the respective preparation of reports;
- Make proposals for improving new processes.
