If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!As a Healthcare Advisor, you will represent a medical device company that offers products for diabetic patients. You will receive incoming queries via phone and email, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. Assisting your clients with queries in regards to the use of the device, updating customers details and completing general administrative tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities.We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Computer literate
Ability to multitask
Eagerness to learn and develop

The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, accommodation allowance for the first 3 months.
