We are now recruiting a Finance Manager for EMEA. Vizrt is the world’s leading provider of innovative visual storytelling tools for the global media sector. As the Finance Manager you will be the overall responsible of the accounting and reporting for the EMEA companies including the parent company in Sweden. You will be very much hands on in all processes and develop, implement and quality assure new and existing routines. In this role you will work closely with Vizrt´s Finance departments in other countries as well as Group accounting, Business Control and other functions. You will lead, support, and provide day-to-day management of the EMEA accounting team with responsibility for 11 people. Lead, support, and provide day-to-day management of the Accounting team with responsibility for 11 people in your team.

Drive strategic initiatives with your team.
Ensure statutory compliance in all accounting activities.
Responsible for the monthly reporting and annual accounts for the EMEA companies within the group.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Responsible for tax reporting for the local accounts and the tax reporting to Group Accounting
Have a fundamental understanding of Transfer pricing
Supervise, maintain, and develop the intra-group invoicing and recharges across the Group.
Following up and working on the improvement of processes and educating staff on changes in internal processes
Support the technical evolution, implementation, harmonization, and integration of Finance applications, to move towards a more harmonized and digitalized way of working.
Make sure that the accounting function has good internal control with well-documented processes and routines.
Be the main point of contact with internal and external auditors and advisors in matters related to the EMEA companies.

Requirements

You have Bachelor/ Master’s degree within Business and administration with focus on accounting or similar.
Yoou have 5-15 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience and good knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and procedures
You work independently and formulates own approach and set the agenda for your team members

To succeed in this role, we strongly believe you have experience in team management, excellent organizational and time management skills and experience from working in a high pace and demanding environment

You also have a great knowledge of Excel and other accounting solutions preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central and in Hyperion (HFM).
You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You should be confident, pro-active and self-motivated willing to be ‘hands-on’ and get truly involved in the daily work.
