- Be a key player in our daily operations by supporting initiatives across sales, partner success, monetization, and marketing.
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar.
- Create insightful reports to help drive decision-making and performance for both internal teams and our partners.
- Deliver top-notch partner support by resolving issues related to devices, integrations, and menu quality - ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships between Glovo and its partners through proactive communication and hands-on support.
- Track and forecast performance metrics to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and help optimize results.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and training for new partners, setting them up for long-term success.
- Grow with a purpose in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where learning from each other and making an impact is part of everyday life.
- Availability for 6 months full-time internship.
- Strong business and commercial skills.
- Data-driven profile.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales.
- Computer literate; Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must.
