This intense and demanding role will require you to be involved in R&D activities from concept to completion. You will be involved in fast-paced day-to-day mobile and wearables development, using the latest technology stacks an and the best pratices of a quick quality and high output software development life cycle. Design and develop Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and iOS.
Test Flutter components on multiple form factors and platforms, from mobile to web.
Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle alongside teammates.
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to translate user stories into technical solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and performance monitoring tools.
Review, identify, and fix code errors and performance issues.
Work independently and use creativity to develop new Flutter solutions.
Ensure products conform to high industry standards.
Guide junior and mid-level engineers through best practices, code structure, and problem-solving techniques.
Stay current with Flutter/Dart best practices and ecosystem trends.

Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
1+ years of experience designing and building sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter and Dart.
Knowledge of scripting, session management, and mobile UI/UX development.
Experience integrating native modules and platform channels.
Experience with Flutter test frameworks (e.g., Patrol) is valued.
Unity knowledge is valued.
GraphQL knowledge is valued.
Familiarity with Git/GitLab and CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane).
Experience with performance, memory, and space optimization.
Good communication skills.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
