You'll collaborate with internal teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.How You Will Do It:

Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
Become an expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK products and articulate their value proposition.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide training and support to channel partners.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
You will need to ensure sales discipline to achieve sales excellence using Sales Force.

What We're Looking ForProven record delivering results with a 5–10-year experience in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment that achieve or exceed sales quotasFluent in English and any other local language it’s a plusTechnical acumen with HVAC knowledge/experiencePrevious success in channel/direct sales, in the HVAC industryFamiliarity with technical selections of HVAC appliances and offer preparationsStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsDriving license and willingness to travelAdvanced user of MS OfficeWhat we offerJohnson Control offers an interesting remuneration package according to your qualifications and experience.
