- Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
- Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
- Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively
- Have a high level of Czech (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
- Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service
- Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
- Are able of understanding the policies, procedures, and warranties and you are familiar with market geography
- Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills
- Are skilled in resolving issues, and providing solution
- Full-time with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and our client's needs)
