YOUR TASKS

Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process.
Define and implement safety strategies for concrete structure production, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Review execution projects to align with HSE standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with quality control and safety rules on-site.
Identify and report anomalies or deficiencies related to occupational health and safety.
Participate in internal organization and planning of resources, including labor risk prevention documentation.
Oversee the application of preventive measures by all staff during production.
Promote and support HSE best practices across the site.
Investigate work accidents and report findings to the appropriate manager.
Supervise environmental process management and encourage compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

Background in HSE procedures and technical control.
Previous experience in precast concrete, construction supervision, or renewable energy is a plus.
Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and HSE coordination.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Skilled in HSE-specific software and construction techniques.
Proactive, team-oriented, and strong in communication.
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Willing to work on-site and travel as needed.
