Analyst - Private Equity

• Support the assessment of new investment opportunities through financial analysis, industry research, and strategic evaluation.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and return simulations.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and internal presentations.
• Take part in due diligence processes, liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
• Monitor portfolio company performance by analysing financial and operational KPIs.
• Contribute to market mapping and identification of potential investment targets.

• Academic background in Management, Finance or Economics.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, audit, consulting, or private equity. Relevant internships will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Self-motivated, curious, responsible, and eager to learn in a demanding environment.
