- Own test strategy, ensuring testability and logging
- Optimize regression testing and evolve automation frameworks
- Verify interfaces, support feature screening, and ensure test quality in CI
- Drive quality improvements (RCA/EDA) and process enhancements
- Define and maintain test automation strategy and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and implement automation across teams
- Integrate test automation into the Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline
- Experience in system and element requirements analysis, solution engineering and solution design
- Strong expertise in C++, Golang or Python, especially in testing and development
- Experience with Linux environments and scripting/coding in languages such as Python or Golang
- Understanding of processor architectures, embedded systems and real-time systems
- Experience with agile software development, CI/CD and DevOps strategies
- Knowledge of cloud runtime and bare-metal environments for embedded systems
- Familiarity with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), including kubernetes
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g. RedHat, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in test automation, verification and quality assurance
