- You will provide support via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian and English
- You will troubleshoot account and technical issues such as software installation and device syncing
- You will assist with payment-related queries
- You will advise customers on purchases and product features
- You will deliver empathetic and efficient service in line with brand standardsTraining and Onboarding
The training period lasts 15 working days, full-time, 8 hours per day, and is conducted in English
The training includes product knowledge, software tools, communication guidelines, and live practice
Training is paid upon successful completionWorking Hours
You will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with an additional 1-hour break
The schedule follows a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 (Portuguese time)Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in gaming and technology
