The RoleYou will be ensuring our entire global team is operating efficiently by designing, implementing, operating and continuously improving our processes and systems.TeamIn our operations team, we get things done and enable everyone in the organization to get things done too. Our operations team covers a broad range of areas including, finance, administration, IT, legal, compliance and strategic initiatives. Your initial leader will be our director of operations.Your top 3 objectives * Drive the architecture of Laminar’s systems to ensure optimal set up for scalability and efficiency. Building / re-designing new processes/systems to meet the evolving needs of Laminar’s business.

- Support cross-functional teams on developing and implementing systems, procedures, and best-practices, improving how we operate
- Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well
- Standardise usage of our digital solutions: In Laminar, we use digital solutions (apps) to make our life easier. You will make sure that these are correctly used across stakeholders, and that the value that we extract from these apps is maximised. You can research and implement tools that automate repeatable processes.
- Report and inform: Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver efficiently and effectively. Develop and monitor operational metrics, auditing our processes as required. Your role will involve documenting processes and keeping the internal systems organised
- Design & implement systems and processes: You will have the opportunity to drive the backbone of the business, by setting up new systems and upskilling our processes. You’ll help us do things in a better and more data-driven way
- Mastery: Operations background in medium-sized organisations or start-ups where you’ve managed the correct use of different digital solutions. You know how to design systems that help you in keeping everything registered, documented and traceable, so no detail escapes you. And you know how to make them visible to internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English.
- Leadership: A strong team leader that can be seen as highly reliable.
- Impact: A track record of making organisations better beyond just doing the basics
- Mastery: Decent Excel skills and a strong interest in data management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools and apps, including Power Automate, Sharepoint, etc.
- Communication: Fluency in English
- Leadership: A relentless approach to dealing with people
- Impact: A track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions in projects and organisations that had a significant positive impact

Because we are fast growing all of our roles are evolving all the time so what you start with might not be what you are doing in 6 months. Initially, this role will be focused on understanding how we use certain digital solutions (apps) to streamline our processes, and ensuring the correct usage of it.Where will I be working?
All of our operations roles are 100% remote and home-based. However, if you would like to work in a co-work space to get out of the house we can arrange that. If you are in one of our locations with offices you can come as often as you like.Salary and BenefitsStandard Stuff
