Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;
Minimum of 2 years experience as Scrum Master;
Good ability to organize planning sessions, daily meetings, sprint and retrospective reviews, remove obstacles that may hinder the team and encourage collaboration between the team and the Product Owner;
Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Proactivity and Dynamism;
Fluency in English will be valued.
