Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

Requirements:Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
Have excellent communication skills
Having a previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
