
Account Manager - Dutch Speaker (m/f/d)

- You will deliver revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume, pricing contract and cost-to-serve management
- Further you will manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio
- Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules is part of your job
- You will collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments
- Building customer specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities e.g. influences and decision makers across sales process and targets engagements accordingly is required
- In addidion to that you will effectively plan, schedule and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate
- You have preferably three to five years of sales/commercial experience in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing
- Further you have three to five years of experience in account management by phone / outbound calls
- You hold an bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Affinity with engineering/ gas industry suits your profile, as well as knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential),
- Salesforce and MS Excel skills
- Further you speak native or C2 in Dutch (Required) and English level B1 (preferred)
- You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
