Providing exceptional customer service: This includes actively listening to customer inquiries and concerns in Dutch, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Becoming a product expert: You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our vast product range to confidently answer customer questions.
Collaborating with the team: Working seamlessly with colleagues and external partners is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Comprehensive paid training: We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed, with a dedicated training program covering product knowledge, customer service techniques, and more. You'll receive a compensation of 213.6 euros for 5 days of training.

Monthly gross compensation:

1,040.66 euros with room allowance
1,298.11 euros without room allowance
