JOB: Administrative & Finance AssistantREPORTING: Finance ManagerThe Administrative & Finance Assistant provides comprehensive support to the administrative and financial activities of the organization. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen.JOB DESCRIPTION:· Assist in the preparation and treatment of financial documents, such as invoices and suppliers documents· Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable· Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.· Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences account/bank reconciliations· Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.· Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process· Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts· Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures· Manage and organize office operations, maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records and documentation.· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.REQUIREMENTS:· Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar;· Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
