Job Description:As Talent Sourcer, you will play an essential role in providing unique candidate experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive market. This role will operate in our international team (The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Denmark).As a Talent Sourcer, you will be working with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, HR team and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire the brightest minds in the industry. Your stakeholder management skills, great candidate engagement abilities, drive for results and passion for sourcing talent will ensure your success in our rapidly growing business.A key focus will be on building pipeline of potential candidates aligning with our business needs and our 7 strategic commitments, whereby ensuring all candidates receive the best-in-class experience.Key responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the vacancies and the profiles of the candidates.
  • Effectively source and attract suitable candidates using different tools (social media platforms, job boards etc.) and online search techniques such as Boolean strings.
  • Build and keep relationships with sourced candidates, creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of sourced candidates into the interview process.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Business Partner Team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • As a true team.blue ambassador you will be required to understand, promote and protect team.blue's mission and brand in all communications.
Required skills, competencies, and experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, researcher, or similar role.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential and ATS system, such as Team Tailor is preferred.
  • Experience in an international corporate environment in the fintech or IT services sector is a plus.
  • Agency recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple search projects at once, while being able to prioritise amongst them.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to gather, interpret and present data to drive recruitment and hiring decisions.
  • Resiliency, the ability to work independently, solution and result-orientation and a passion for engaging with a demanding, challenging candidate pool.
  • Experience with diversity sourcing initiatives is preferred.
  • Excellent English & Portuguese written and verbal skills.
  • Pragmatic, no-nonsense, hands-on.
Working hours:Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. You will be required to work one day from our office in Lisbon, Portugal.Training:You will be given complete training and support.Right to work:At any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in Portugal.Unfortunately, we are unable to support relocation packages or sponsorship visas.
