- Liaise with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the vacancies and the profiles of the candidates.
- Effectively source and attract suitable candidates using different tools (social media platforms, job boards etc.) and online search techniques such as Boolean strings.
- Build and keep relationships with sourced candidates, creating a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of sourced candidates into the interview process.
- Support Talent Acquisition Business Partner Team with administrative and operational tasks.
- As a true team.blue ambassador you will be required to understand, promote and protect team.blue's mission and brand in all communications.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, researcher, or similar role.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential and ATS system, such as Team Tailor is preferred.
- Experience in an international corporate environment in the fintech or IT services sector is a plus.
- Agency recruitment experience is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple search projects at once, while being able to prioritise amongst them.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to gather, interpret and present data to drive recruitment and hiring decisions.
- Resiliency, the ability to work independently, solution and result-orientation and a passion for engaging with a demanding, challenging candidate pool.
- Experience with diversity sourcing initiatives is preferred.
- Excellent English & Portuguese written and verbal skills.
- Pragmatic, no-nonsense, hands-on.
