Join the technology company that’s transforming the future of mobility today.About this positionIn this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining and supporting the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) along with other related business systems.Your roleGlobal:Support the global Quality organization with Quality Management System development and other Quality standard operating systemsEnsure compliance to our Quality procedures and maintenance of our Quality CertificationsUpgrade Global standards for QMS management, and develop Quality OS for all Quality functions (Supplier, SW Quality, Design Quality, Plant and Customer)Orchestrate Internal and External Quality Audits - IATF 16949, VDA6.3, VDA FFA, Customer Specific, Aptiv EOS, QS2.0, etc.Maintain system to monitortrained global auditors.Maintain system to ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements and standards.Work with the Auditors and Natural Owners to close any Non-conformancesOrganize the required Annual Management ReviewsRegional/Local:Coordinate the creation of new processes and procedures to facilitate the implementation of Quality Systems (EOS / STAGES).Support the recruitment of employees and professional training of the department employees in Quality System activities.Support the creation of new Quality training programs and online training software (Aptiv Academy). Coordinate the activities of System, Process and Product Audits.Control and organize the information of changes in EOS (DCR), customer specific requirements and official technical standards, making their disclosure as necessary and applicable to each sector of the site. Be the DCC (Document Control Center) coordinator.Manage, coordinate and implement the Quality Management System (EOS/STAGES) in accordance withnational, international and customer specific standards.Report to the management the status of the quality system (results of System, Process and Customer Audits) and compliance with the respective corrective actions.Supporting and collaborating with other locations cross region within the Quality System OrganizationMaintain core of certified Auditors onsite to conduct Internal AuditsWork with the Auditors and Natural Owners to close any Non-conformances at the site/region.Organize the required site Annual Management ReviewsYour backgroundMSc/BSc degree in Engineering, preferred in quality2 years of relevant experienceStandard knowledge: ISO 9001; IATF 16949; preferred: VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5Knowledge of various quality system methodologies and automotive core tools: 8D problem solving, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagram, PFMEA, CP, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, APQP, PPAP, Continuous ImprovementFluent English language knowledge – spoken and writtenMS Office user level is essentialWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
