The main responsibilities will be:Oversee the daily operations of the Lisbon office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environmentCoordinate and manage office setup and act as the primary point of contact for all office-related mattersSupport the recruitment and onboarding of new employeesImplement and maintain office policies and proceduresLiaise with the EMEA headquarters to ensure alignment with regional strategies and policiesOrganize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsAssist in the development and implementation of office budgetsProvide administrative support to senior management as neededCoordinate HR and people data for submission to external HR Services provider.Our client is a multinational Industrial company.Be the first employee in Portugal supporting the opening of the 1st office.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldProven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plusExperience in setting up new offices or managing office relocation in an international environment is highly desirableKnowledge of EMEA regional business practices and regulations is an advantageOur client is a multinational Industrial company opening their first offices in Lisbon.By joning this company you will have the chance to travel to different locations with the purpose of learning the way of work and the culture of the company.
