As a Senior Cloud Consultant at tecRacer, you’ll play a key role in guiding our clients through their cloud journey – from architecture to automation, from security to transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, teammates, and partners to deliver meaningful AWS-based solutions. You’re not only technically excellent, but also a trusted advisor, a mentor to junior colleagues, and someone who sees the bigger picture.TasksLead complex AWS projects from idea to execution – especially migrations and digital transformationsUnderstand and analyze customer needs, break down requirements, and develop practical solutionsDesign cloud architectures that are cost-efficient, scalable, and tailored to the customer’s needsImplement and configure AWS services independently or in a teamSupport pre-sales and contribute to proposal creation and customer workshopsAct as a mentor for junior consultants and empower clients through training and enablementCommunicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements

2+ years of experience in Cloud Consulting or IT transformation projects
A degree in Computer Science, IT or a similar MINT subject
Deep knowledge of AWS services and architectures
AWS Professional or Specialty certifications is a bonus (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps, Security)
Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and team spirit
