  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio.
  • (Optional) Proven experience in projects in the insurance industry (life, health, auto, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX).
  • Familiarity with integrations and service-oriented architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II, etc.).
  • Experience with Insurance Industry Cloud or Vlocity Insurance Data Model.
  • Knowledge of DevOps for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
  • Participation in international projects or multi-cloud environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
