- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction with professional support
- Record data accurately in the CRM system
- Provide ad-hoc assistance when required
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success
- Native-level German speaker with at least B2 English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attentive, professional, and customer-oriented
- Strong sense of teamwork and commitment
- Motivated to embrace intercultural experiences and expat lifestyle
- Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal
- Valid Portuguese work permit required
- Contract: Long-term renewable fixed-term contract
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00–22:00 rotational schedule (8h/day plus 1h break)
- Salary:
- 950–1,050 € gross/month with free accommodation in a shared flat (bills included)
- 1,300–1,500 € gross/month without accommodation
- Training: Paid training (1 to 4 weeks)
- Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
