HR Trainee/Intern

• Support in managing HR administrative processes (filing, updating databases, and document control);
• Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents;
• Support in recording and monitoring attendance, vacations, and absences;
• Collaborate in preparing HR reports and indicators;
• Provide support in recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback);
• Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing documentation, welcome kits, induction sessions);
• Support in training management (registrations, attendance tracking, certificates, filing);
• Collaborate in internal communication initiatives and corporate events;
• Provide assistance to employees with administrative HR-related queries.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (or currently enrolled in the final year of studies);
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources;
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail;
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
