
HR Trainee/Intern

- Support in managing HR administrative processes (filing, updating databases, and document control);
- Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents;
- Support in recording and monitoring attendance, vacations, and absences;
- Collaborate in preparing HR reports and indicators;
- Provide support in recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback);
- Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing documentation, welcome kits, induction sessions);
- Support in training management (registrations, attendance tracking, certificates, filing);
- Collaborate in internal communication initiatives and corporate events;
- Provide assistance to employees with administrative HR-related queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (or currently enrolled in the final year of studies);
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources;
- Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail;
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
