Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Danish Customer Advisor - work from home in PortugalSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1750 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pmRelocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/mThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit a Danish Customer Advisor - this role can be offered as a fully remote role from Portugal.The RoleAs a Danish Customer Advisor you will represent a global company specialising in selling matresses via an omni-channel approach. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails and chat and will answer qeneral Inquiries and solve any issues. First time resolution, taking ownership and customer satisfaction are very much important in this role.Requirements

Fluent Norwegian and English
Previous Customer service experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
IT literate, interest in new technologies

Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of 1750 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided.
