Business Controller

• Budget and Forecast preparation;
• Control of KPIs and variance analysis explanation;
• Monthly closing processes. Overview of accounting transactions;
• Cash control and cashflow preparation;
• Developing and monitoring business performance metrics;
• Support the different business units from a financial perspective to achieve our financial and company objectives;
• Liaison with Shared Services Centre and Business Units;
• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that allow efficiencies and maximize results;
• Cost analysis and Budget control.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar;
• Postgraduate education desirable (MBA or similar);
• 3-5 years of experience;
• Experience in big4 company is a plus;
• Certified accountant;
• Fluent level of Portuguese and English. Spanish as an add-on;
• Excellent accounting knowledge, in-depth knowledge of IRS;
• Proficient use of financial software (SAP, SAP BPC), and Microsoft Office package;
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
