Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, Portugal - or work from home in PortugalRole: German Customer Support AgentSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1283 (paid 12x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Friday office hrsThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit fluent German speakers to joing their international team. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.The RoleAs a German Customer Support Agent you will be working for a smart energy provider. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat in regards to various issues. Listening to clients needs, troubleshooting and first time resolution are important.Requirements

Fluent German and English
Previous Customer Support experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
