- Operational creation and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports to provide transparent visualization of IT costs and personnel expenses;
- Independent execution of analyses to identify cost-saving potentials and deviations from budget and upper limits;
- Definition, planning, and management of measures to optimize costs and ensure compliance with cost and personnel ceilings;
- Monitoring and reporting of cost developments and effectiveness of implemented measures to stakeholders and management;
- Collaboration with departments, controlling, and IT teams to ensure data quality and implementation of optimization initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power BI: data modeling, DAX formulas, visualization, and dashboard design;
- Experience in cost and performance accounting, preferably in the IT environment;
- Ability to integrate complex data from various sources and create meaningful analyses;
- Knowledge in identifying cost-saving potentials and deriving measures for cost control;
- Understanding of personnel controlling and budget management;
- Proficient use of MS Excel and possibly other BI tools or databases;
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving;
- Independent working style and initiative in identifying and implementing optimization measures;
- Project management skills to steer measures and coordinate with various stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills for presenting results and coordinating with business units;
- High affinity for numbers and attention to detail;

- Degree in business administration, business informatics, controlling, or comparable qualification;
