Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar);
Strong expertise in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service request management;
Knowledge of system updates, patch management, monitoring, and performance tuning;
Experience with server maintenance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery;
Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible);
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar);
Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations clearly;
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
