Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Spanish Insurance Team LeaderSalary: salary package around 1800 euro gross p/m + Euro 2400 p/a performance bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23€ Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs per week between Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pmRelocation package: relocation package is offeredThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit an Insurance Team Leader.The RoleAs an Insurance Team Leader you will manage a team of around 15 insurance customer advisors. Your task is to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. You will work closely with your team to improve individual and department KPI performance. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role. Besides this, you will handle any insurance escalation calls.Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous team management experience
APA/CIP qualified or studying towards qualification with experience on the Irish market
Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Excellent communication skills
