- Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
- Resolve customer queries through chat, calls, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Manage complex cases from start to finish, building trust and providing excellent service.
- Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating where appropriate.
- Provide feedback and coaching to peers to improve processes and training.
- Adapt to changing business needs and work across multiple systems.
- Salary Package: Total Gross Monthly Salary: €776 – €876 gross/month (with apartment – provided only for international candidates) / €1,061 – €1161 gross/month (without apartment)
- Base Salary: €1,061 (without apartment) gross x 14 times per year
- Variable Productivity Bonus: Up to €200 per month

- Training Duration: 12 working days (fully paid)
- Location: On-site (Lisbon)
- C1/C2 level of Spanish language
- Minimum B2 level of English language
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Customer Service or in banking, financial services, or insurance with Spanish clients
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Confident handling complex cases, complaints, or fraud/dispute issues
