- · Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding and offboarding activities;
- · Ensure the on-time payment of all payroll-related taxes;
- · Manage and track timekeeping related activities and updates, while maintaining reports on employee time and absences;
- · Assist with the administration of all benefits programs;
- · Review all essential compliance records and policies enabling the operational teams to devise strategies that adhere to legal requirements, minimizing legal risks;
- · Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details;
- · Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations;
- · Gather critical productivity data and analyze it thoroughly to continually monitor and refine the department’s procedures to foster ongoing improvement, generating reports to help the organization make informed decisions;
- · Developing and maintaining job descriptions and classifications;
- · Provide job evaluations and appropriate pay grades;
- · Analyze and maintain proper internal equity and pay gaps;
- · Manage, communicate and train stakeholders on compensation and benefits topics, pay methodologies and principles;
- · Partner with Central Total Rewards team to ensure compliance and alignment on strategy and practices.
- Master degree in HR Management or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in an Compensation and Benefits position;
- English fluency C1 (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of HRIS for Payroll, Workday a plus;
- Detail-oriented, thorough, with strong analytical skills;
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills;
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Problem solver mentality.
