Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Swedish speaking Content ModeratorSalary: 1,358 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation (so no cost for rent or utility bills). Package without company accommodation is 1,620 euro gross p/mWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch) on a rotational shift pattern, covering Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (includes day, evening and night shifts).Overview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. They are currently looking for fluent Danish speakers for their content moderating team.The Role:As a Content Moderator you will be specializing in Short Video Content Moderation, you will review user-generated content to maintain platform integrity, apply guidelines to identify violations, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex cases.Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Content: Review videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Filter & Remove Inappropriate Material: Identify and address content that violates platform guidelines.
  • Manage User Interactions: Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful online environment.
  • Label Content: Apply relevant classifications for improved organization and accessibility.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold legal and platform guidelines to protect platform integrity.
  • Report Trends: Document moderation actions and identify recurring issues for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate with policy, compliance, and legal departments for complex cases.
  • Support 24/7 Shift Rotation: Work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Good analytical skills
  • Willingness to lwork in a 24x7 operation
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
