- Manage procurement and tendering processes for materials and services
- Support contract negotiations and assist with execution follow-up
- Coordinate licensing efforts with external agencies and authorities
- Prepare cost tracking reports, forecasts, and documentation
- Ensure purchasing processes comply with internal policies and deadlines
- 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 2 in a construction project context
- Background in sourcing, procurement or tendering
- Knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent construction contract frameworks
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Proactive mindset and strong team collaboration skills
- Candidates living within 60120 km of Sines will receive a mobility allowance
- Candidates outside this radius may be offered shared accommodation
