Degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Automation Tester;
ISTQB Test Manager certification (mandatory);
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across the software development lifecycle;
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar;
Excellent soft skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams;
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
Strong team player with a collaborative and success-driven mindset;
Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
