Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch speaking Social Media Content ModeratorSalary: 1,050 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1,309 euro gross p/m. Average monthly bonusses is around 120 EUR.Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 24:00.About the Role
Are you passionate about maintaining online safety and integrity? We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join our client’s international contact center team in Lisbon. You’ll be helping to ensure a positive digital experience by monitoring and reviewing user-generated content on one of the world’s leading social media platforms.As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the online community safe and respectful. This role involves reviewing sensitive material, so emotional resilience, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ethics are key.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Assess flagged content, which may include criminal activity, hate speech, cyberbullying, violence, terrorism, and other sensitive material.
Take prompt and appropriate actions according to internal policies and guidelines.
Contribute to creating a safer and more inclusive digital environment for users worldwide.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and maintain quality assurance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Native or near-native Dutch with good English communication skills.
Strong emotional resilience and the ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
Detail-oriented and capable of making sound decisions quickly.
Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer support or content moderation is a plus but not required.
