We’re present across 37 countries, with more than 16 000 employees and an annual revenue of more than 3.6 billion euros, in 2023.We’re looking to hire a Project Manager to join meaningful digital transformation projects in the Data Analytics world aimed at providing integrated, agile, flexible and integrated master-class tools.
The main project will be to establish a Data Warehouse (DW) for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of data, and implement Supervisory Technology to digitize reporting and regulatory processes to foster more efficient and proactive monitoring of risks and compliance in the financial sector.Role and responsabilities:

Setup Project Governance (from 1 to 3 projects to manage)
Manage project delivery, client and team coordination (until 7 elements)
Ensure the application of the project methodogies
Monitor, review and report project's progress
Support the team in resolving issues and removing obstacles whenever possible, escalating to the project’s board otherwise
Engage with project's board and act on its behalf during steering meetings
Manage project scope, budget and resources

Required Competences:More than 5 years experience and at least 1 years in IT project management;Mastery of project management methodologies and tools;Ability to identify business opportunities in line with the work being carried out at different clients. * Strong written and verbal communication (Portuguese and English)

Availability to travel (fly-in and fly-out)

Preferred Competencies:

Experience in the banking sector
Ease of relationship and communication with different stakeholders (customers, management team)
Academic background in IT area
Forethought - with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
