- Proven experience in project management, ideally within complex IT or digital workplace environments;
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies and product ownership;
- Functional understanding of Modern Workplace and MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions;
- Strong analytical and synthetical thinking abilities;
- Excellent editorial skills for producing clear documentation;
- Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment; French is a plus
- Comfortable working in a multi-entity, global organisation context.Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments of identified components and collect existing documentation;
- Ensure effective execution of remediation plans for each component;
- Provide regular progress updates to the steering committee;
- Facilitate information sharing and communication between Modern Device teams;
- Ensure that remediated components align with the Target Operating Model (TOM);
- Define and support implementation of a suitable support model and reporting structure;
- Coordinate the handover of fully documented, remediated components into run mode;
- Work in close alignment with an agile delivery structure and support transversal coordination across the product line.We offer:
